In the years 2002-2003, he was an adviser to the Minister of Labour and Social Policy. Between 2003 and 2004, he was a counsellor to the Deputy Prime Minister and the Acting Director of the Secretariat of the Deputy Prime Minister, Jerzy Hausner.
