Libor Lochman, born in 1963 in Czechoslovakia, graduated at the Transport University in Zilina and has a doctorate in electronics from the West-Bohemian University Plzen. He has a strong background in Control-Command and signalling systems.

Prior to his role as CER Deputy Executive Director and leader of technical affairs (2007-2011), he acted as director of the Railway Test Centre, a facility for testing European rolling stock, infrastructure and signalling components, in Prague (2000-2005). [/toggle]

Before working at Egis Projects Polska, he worked for over 4 years in Ireland as Project Manager in the construction of social housing estates, schools, access roads and all accompanying infrastructure.

The biggest passion of Dariusz Grajda is the local government. Started working for the benefit of local communities in 1994. Currently holds office of the Chairman of a District Council.

His career started in Hydrobudowa – 6 S.A. Afterwards, he gained his professional experience by undertaking responsibilities involving investment process supervision in line with his educational background and building licence.

He has consider engineering and managerial experience in the preparation and implementation of major infrastructure and building projects. He has been part of Metro Warszawskie Sp. z o.o. since 2003. As a contract manager, he has supervised the construction of the “Plac Wilsona”, “Marymont”, and “Młociny” stations, the “Młociny” traffic junction and Metro Line II from the “Rondo Daszyńskiego” station to the “Dworzec Wileński” station.

Since 2011 he has been a Member of the Management Board of Metro Warszawskie Sp. z o.o. His duties involve preparing and implementing investment processes, and extending Metro Line II in Warsaw.

He has completed a number of specialist professional training courses involving, inter alia, the currently binding rules of the European Union Construction Law, environmental law, and seminars organised by the Central Mining Institute as well as the Polish Association of Consulting Engineers and Experts (SIDIR) regarding the management and supervision of investment projects in accordance with international standards.

Stanislaw Żmijan also engages in social and political activities. He sat in the City Council of Międzyrzec Podlaski and Provincial Assembly of Lublin. In 2001 he was elected to the Parliament from the district of Chelm. In parliament deals with matters of infrastructure and rural development. From 2013, he was the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee of Infrastructure. He was author special act of road and airport, which proved to be crucial for the issue of EU funds for infrastructure in 2007-2013.
