Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) works under the Ministry of Economic Development as the first contact point and a comprehensive source of information for both, the investor and the exporter. The Agency develops Polish foreign investments and intensifies Polish export, as well as works to increase the inflow of investments to Poland. Supporting entrepreneurs, PAIH assists them in overcoming administrative and legal procedures related to specific projects and helps to develop legal solutions, find a suitable location, reliable partners and suppliers.
PAIH is responsible for promotional activities of Polish economy, including pro-export and pro-investment operations. It implements programmes dedicated for expansion in promising markets: Go China, Go Africa, Go Arctic, Go India, Go ASEAN and Go Iran. In direct support of Polish companies on the site, the Agency launches its foreign offices worldwide.
Polish Chamber of Trade is the organization gathering retail trade. We gather approximately 30 000 retail shops, wholesalers of food and cosmetic products as well as companies from the surrounding of retail trade and services. We have been present since 1997 and we represent retail trade and services in Poland. Polish Chamber of Trade is one of the most important stakeholders in the process of creating the law in Poland. We are participating in consultation of new legislation projects, conferences with other stakeholders and parliament committee meetings.
Polish Association of Real Estate Managers was established in 1998 and is the oldest professional organization associating property managers. Mission of Polish Association of Real Estate Managers is to create uniform rules of operation and conduct of managers by establishing and supervision over compliance with standards and principles of professional ethics. Members of the Association take part in the work of entities that constitute legal acts affecting property management. Our Association also plays an important role as a forum for exchange of mutual experiences and professional opinions. Bearing in mind the scope of responsibility that rests on property managers as a result of their role in social and economic life, we have established a Code for Professional Ethics. The purpose of our code is to provide recipients with the highest protection and quality of services in the interest of the common good and to preserve achievements of professional property managers.
The Polish Council of Shopping Centres (PRCH) is a not-for-profit organisation that represents more than 200 corporate members (commercial property investment and development companies, shopping centres, retailers and service providers) operating on the commercial real estate market in Poland. PRCH’s mission is to support the development and positive image of businesses and professionals in Polish retail property market. PRCH members own and manage retail property assets of over 7 million sqm GLA. PRCH is the national partner of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and European Property Federation (EPF). Polish Facility Management Council is an association of the most important players on the Polish market of FM services. The main goal of the Council is, above all, consolidation of the industry and market education in the area of professional provision of facility management services. It is an association created by Delegates elected by member entities providing services in the area of Facility Management. The Council also includes individual experts representing various market specializations. We believe that our activities will contribute to the increase in the prestige of facility management as an extremely developmental professional discipline. We also believe that professional FM should be implemented in every organization and support its basic processes with its knowledge and experience, and above all, partnership at operational, tactical and strategic levels.
