Roksana is a banker, artist and movie producer. She currently works as a director at private merchant banking at Edmond de Rothschild. She began her career at EBRD where she worked as Manager in Strategic Planning and Treasury. She then worked in emerging markets, fixed income and equity derivatives departments for Merrill Lunch and then J.P. Morgan. She is also an artist and movie producer and holds a prominent position in the Polish community in London. She is a recipient of prestigious Newsweek Polska award for deepening British-Polish relations. She is also a founder of Polish City Club and also City Clubs Alliance – association of CEE clubs. Roksana holds Msc in Management and Economics from Technical University of Gdansk and she is also CFA Charterholder.

Richard Stephens is publisher and creator of Poland Today, an English-language magazine covering a range of topics and issues concerning Poland. Contributors to the magazine are from several leading publications, including The BBC, The Economist, The Financial Times, Gazeta Wyborcza and Gazeta Prawna. It is distributed to over 2000 business leaders in Poland, as well as to all embassies, chambers of commerce, government ministries, the 40 largest towns and cities in Poland and to leading Polish & foreign journalists. The company also organizes conferences. Richard previously worked for Eurobuild CEE.
