The third edition of the PRIVATE EQUITY FORUM & AWARDS GALA Conference was held on 29 May 2012 in the Hilton Hotel, in Warsaw. The Private Equity Forum became one of the most recognized meetings in the branch, especially in the context of rapidly growing importance and increasing share of equity funds in financing Polish business. Representatives and presidents of the largest companies in the Private Equity sector participate in it.

This year the forum was divided into five thematic panels. The participants shared an opinion that the PE market and the position of Poland among other countries of Central Europe is getting stronger. According to many experts, an interest in investing in Poland is not decreasing.
