She has many years of managerial experience and has worked for major retail chains. She managed sales networks of several hundred people in financial institutions, including the Austrian brokerage firm Allfinanz and Skarbiec Asset Management Holding (BRE Bank Group). For many years, she has also been associated with the executive search industry as Managing Partner at Cigno Consulting, which specializes in executive recruitment, selection, and HR advisory services.

She is the founder and President of the Executive Board of Executive Club, the most elite organization bringing together top management. She has cooperated with the circles of all Presidents of the Third Republic of Poland, as well as with the most influential politicians of European Union countries and leading intellectuals from academic institutions such as Oxford, the London School of Economics, London Business School, and IESE. She is responsible for the Club’s strategy, which integrates business elites and serves as a platform for the exchange of views and inspiration for senior executives. She consistently promotes diversity, inclusivity, and equal treatment in business. She also supports charitable initiatives by connecting the business community with selected foundations led by charismatic leaders. She has been honored, among others, with the “Honoris Gratia” medal.
