He graduated in Management and Marketing from the Faculty of Economics at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin.
His professional career has been closely tied to the family business – the Domestic Pasta Factory POL-MAK S.A. Over the last decade, he has been responsible for developing the company’s growth strategy, creating innovative market advantages, and leading a restructuring of the company’s machinery park and expansion. As a result, the „Polmak” brand has evolved from a regional name into a nationwide brand, and the company now ranks among the top three pasta producers in Poland.

Since 2018, he has held the position of President of the Management Board, overseeing the proper functioning of all company departments. Recently, his focus has been on innovations and investments carried out through EU funding programs.

His main professional goal is to build a global brand.
In his private life, he enjoys spending time actively, with a passion for hunting. He is married and has three sons.
