Manager with many years of experience in both production and investment sectors. His expertise includes company, capital group and financial management in complex capital holdings at the company and group level, assessing the profitability of investments, restructuring, optimizing processes, managing financial risk, managing liquidity and building and implementing financing strategies. Manager at Luma Holding (family office), he was responsible for the finances of the entire holding company and individual Group companies.

He created the business model, established and managed the second round fund in Poland. He built and acquired the first in CEE, and one of the first in Europe, sustainable financing (SLL) in the mining sector. He gained managerial experience in the mining and steel industry in Europe and Africa. He has completed many trade finance transactions with partners from different continents.

He has experience in negotiations, due diligence, conducting and supervising the acquisition of companies in Poland and abroad. Member of Supervisory Boards, Investment Committees, responsible for merger processes, restructuring, optimization processes and defining development directions.

Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics in finance and banking and international economic relations. Completed doctoral studies in economics. He holds a stockbroker’s license and has completed numerous courses and trainings.
