For over 20 years, he has been involved in the agri-food and agrotechnical sectors, combining scientific expertise with business practice. He has worked as a Product Manager at Agrosimex and Schmith Polska, responsible for developing fertilizer portfolios, implementing innovative solutions, conducting training, and cooperating with research institutions. Author and co-author of numerous scientific and industry publications, he has actively participated in national and international conferences. He has co-led research and implementation projects, including work at the Polish Academy of Sciences under EIT Food.
