Between 2004 and 2006, Arne served as Sales Director for the shopping center portfolio of Multi Development in Central Europe and Turkey.

From 1999 to 2004, Arne was responsible for Ahold Real Estate Europe’s operations in Central Europe. Under his supervision, Ahold developed and co-created 12 shopping centers in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. Previously, Arne worked as Director of Acquisitions at Schiphol International Airport and as Senior Consultant at Nationale Investerings Bank.

Arne holds a degree in urban geography. He graduated from the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands in 1989 and earned a PhD from Utrecht University, with his thesis focusing on public-private partnerships in urban development in Japan.
