Paweł Dziekoński is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where he completed his master’s studies in Finance and Banking as well as doctoral studies at the College of World Economy. He is an experienced leader in the financial sector, capital markets, banking, and consulting. He began his professional career at four major companies.

He served as Vice President of the Management Board at the Warsaw Stock Exchange, responsible for business development and finance. He was also a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank and Kredyt Bank, and Director at Deloitte, overseeing Central European markets.

Since 2017, he has been Vice President at KAZAR, a Polish manufacturer of luxury footwear. Since 2020, he has served as Vice President of the Management Board at FAKRO Group, a global leader in roof window manufacturing.
