She specializes in areas such as strategic agility, adaptive leadership, change management, psychological resilience, agile finance, lean management, international cooperation, business modeling, value and customer orientation, M&A, building and developing structures, and improving reporting. She combines financial expertise with a deep understanding of marketing, sales, production, and HR.

A graduate of the University of Economics, she has completed numerous postgraduate programs at institutions such as SGH, ALK, WSB, and Łazarski University, as well as an Executive MBA. She has also developed her competencies at prestigious foreign institutions, including ICAN, MSOE, and Erasmus.

She is a member of AICPA and CIMA (as FCMA and CGMA), a coach, mentor, and business trainer. She is actively involved in the BCC Tax Committee, the Program Council of the CFO Forum, the Program Council of Women in Finance, and serves as a mentor at ALK and an expert in the CIMA CEE Area Committee.
