Wojciech Michał Pysiak was born on July 22, 1968, the son of Marianna and Stanisław Pysiak.

The family farm has always focused on plant and animal production, as well as the production of traditional farm products. In 2002, Wojciech and his wife Elżbieta built a modern, closed-cycle, litter-free pigsty for 60 sows, and together they run a 240-hectare farm.

In 2006, they modernized the outbuildings and opened a backyard butcher shop,

where all the products produced from their own livestock production are sold in their shops. Initially, sales were conducted as farmers, but in 2014, the business was established under the name of Pysiaków Agricultural Farm Sp. z o.o., where they are the sole proxy. In 2008, for their lifetime achievements in agriculture, Elżbieta and Wojciech won the title of Polish Champion in the Farmer category at the national Agroliga competition, where he has been a member and chairman of the jury since 2010. Wojciech is also vice president of the AgroBiznesKlub. For many years, the family has actively participated in the Agroliga competition galas at the Presidential Palace and the Presidential Harvest Festival, where they present their products.
