A Master of Science in Civil Engineering, he has been professionally associated with Unihouse S.A., a member of the Unibep Group, since 2006. He gained experience on both Polish and international projects, progressing through the ranks of development – ​​from construction engineer to contract management.

In 2019, he joined the Management Board of Unihouse S.A. Since January 2, 2021, he has led the company as President of the Management Board, responsible for its development and strengthening Unihouse’s position as one of the leading Polish manufacturers of modular technology.
