Prof. Mariusz Gujski—a physician, psychiatrist, and public health expert—has been shaping the Polish healthcare system for over two decades: as a scientist, organizer, entrepreneur, and voice of the medical community in public debate.

A graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of Warsaw, he specializes in public health and psychiatry. From 2020 to 2026, he served as Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences at the Medical University of Warsaw and Head of the Department of Public Health. He co-authored the National Health Program for 2007–2015.

He is President of the Polish Society of Personalized Medicine, Chairman of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Healthcare, and a member of the Program Council of the Economic Forum Poland. He serves on the management and supervisory boards of commercial law companies.

He is the originator and organizer of nationwide events: the Public Health Congress and the Health Summit. He regularly leads debates and seminars on the challenges facing the healthcare system, actively building health awareness—both in society and in the political community.
