Jarosław Dąbrowski is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw. He also completed an MBA program at the University of Brussels and the University of Warsaw, as well as the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at IESE Business School (University of Navarra).
Since 2024, he has been a member of the Management Board of BGK, responsible for equity investments and international relations. Previously, starting in 2019, he served as President of DF Capital & Management, where he led investment banking and M&A advisory projects. Earlier, he held the position of First Vice President of the Management Board at SGB Bank S.A. and was also the President of DF Capital Brokerage House. Between 2004 and 2009, he was the President of the Management Board of Bank DnB NORD Polska S.A. and BISE S.A., which was later merged with DnB NORD. From 1997 to 2003, he was a Management Board Member and then Vice President of Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A., where he was responsible for corporate and investment banking, SMEs, as well as leasing and factoring. Between 1995 and 1997, he served as President of the Management Board of NFI PROGRESS S.A. From 1994 to 1997, he worked at the Raiffeisen Atkins Fund Management Consortium, including as its President. Earlier in his career, he held managerial positions at the Office of the Council of Ministers.
He has served on the supervisory boards of, among others, ABC Data S.A., MCI Capital S.A., and PBP Bank (now Nest Bank). His interests include 20th-century economic history, geopolitics, and digital, climate, and social transformation.
