Holds a PhD in Economics and is a qualified landscape architect. Alumnus of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW), the European Academy of Diplomacy, Kozminski University, the University of Florence, and the Georgian Technical University in Tbilisi.

An expert in the e-commerce and cross-border markets (Poczta Polska S.A., Meest Group) and the EU loan market (Mazovian Regional Loan Fund); currently an Assistant Professor at SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a Management Board Member of the Mazovian Neuropsychiatry Center (Mazowieckie Centrum Neuropsychiatrii Sp. z o.o.).

Councilor for the Ursynów District of Warsaw since 2010.

Interests: travel, the history of Warsaw, vintage pre-war postcards, Italian culture, and vintage automobiles—particularly FSO Warszawa models.
