Maciej Częścik, aged 53, was born on August 7, 1972, in Sokołów Podlaski. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at UMCS in Lublin (Bachelor’s degree), and he completed his Master’s studies in banking and public finance. He also holds postgraduate diplomas in sales management from the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and in marketing management from Kozminski University. He has been employed at Sokołów since 1995. Since 2008, he has held managerial positions in the area of sales management. Since 2021, he has been the Vice President of the Management Board of Sokołów S.A., responsible for Trade and Marketing. He is married and has three sons. His interests include business, sports, and travel.
