As a Vice President of the Management Board, Executive Director, Supervisory Board Member, mentor, coach and trainer in HR, HR Compliance and ESG, she has gained nearly 30 years of experience in international and domestic institutions, focusing on strategic human resources management.

Through national and regional roles at organizations such as Tauron Group, ORLEN OIL, ABN AMRO, Royal Bank of Scotland, UniCredit, Pekao S.A., BGŻ and BNP Paribas, she has gained practical operational and strategic experience in managing businesses within complex structures and diverse cultures. She managed the HR function across the Central and Eastern Europe and Africa region and supported senior management.

She collaborates with organizations promoting equal opportunities for women and men, including Vital Voices Chapter Poland and Share the Care.
