Vice President of SMAY Ventilation Systems — a Polish company operating in 34 countries, specializing in ventilation and fire safety systems. Associated with the industry for over 20 years. In 2021, she became the first woman to hold the position of Vice President in her niche. Her path proves that analytical thinking, determination, and courage can break down any barrier — including the glass ceiling in engineering.
AIR QUALITY AND SAFETY
For years, she has been promoting a fire safety culture and concern for indoor air quality — both from a technical and social perspective. She is the co-author of a European patent for a wireless airflow regulator powered by perovskite cell technology — a solution that combines material innovation with smart ventilation. In 2016, she organized the international „Safe Evacuation” conference, which resulted in official CNBOP guidelines for stairwell ventilation in residential buildings. She is the Editor-in-Chief of the free magazine Buildvent and a board member of PLGBC (Polish Green Building Council).
