Piotr Kledzik comes from Gdańsk, where he graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Gdańsk University of Technology. He began his professional career at Hydrobudowa 6 SA, where he worked in various roles such as trainee engineer, foreman, works manager, construction manager, and construction group manager. In 2005, he moved back to his hometown and became the director of the industrial construction department at Hydrobudowa Gdańsk SA. From there, he proceeded to manage the hydrotechnical construction department and was eventually promoted to the position of technical director and member of the management board.
In 2007, Piotr Kledzik was given the responsibility of consolidating the Polish construction companies of the Bilfinger group into the newly established company Bilfinger Berger Budownictwo SA, where he was appointed as the President of the Management Board. Following ownership changes, the company became a member of the international PORR Group in 2015. Piotr Kledzik currently serves as the President of the Management Board of PORR S.A.
Apart from his professional achievements, Piotr Kledzik is an avid hunting enthusiast who enjoys long walks with his dogs.
