Rafał Michalski is an experienced executive with over 25 years of experience in senior management positions in the building materials, construction and plastics industries. He specializes in business transformation, scaling companies and managing succession processes in large organizations.

Before joining FERRO, he served for 12 years as CEO of one of the leading capital groups in the building materials sector, ranked among Poland’s “500 Largest Companies”. During this time, he increased the group’s revenue scale more than fivefold, successfully implementing its growth and development strategy.

He holds a degree in philosophy from the University of Wrocław and an MBA from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio, USA. In recognition of his managerial achievements and effective leadership, he has received numerous prestigious business awards, including Deloitte’s Best Managed Companies and CEO of the Year as part of the European Leadership Awards.
