Deputy Director of the Department of Trade and International Cooperation at the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology, and a member of the Council for Cooperation with the Federal Republic of Germany.

He has been associated with the Ministry of Economy since 2004, having worked in the Department of Support Instruments and the Department of Export Policy. From 2007 to 2014, he served as a Counsellor and Head of the Trade and Investment Promotion Section at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Berlin.

He holds degrees in Political Science and German Studies from the University of Szczecin and is a graduate of the National School of Public Administration in Warsaw; he also completed doctoral studies at the Faculty of International Business and Economics at the Poznań University of Economics.

He specializes in Polish-German cooperation and economic promotion.
