Senior Principal at Korn Ferry Poland. He has been active in the field of organizational and HR consulting for over 15 years, initially with Hay Group and subsequently with Korn Ferry. He supports organizations across all sectors, primarily in areas related to organizational structure, performance, and compensation. In addition to consulting, he has worked in the retail and media/e-commerce sectors.
He leads and supports projects across various countries and cultural regions (Europe, Africa, and the Middle East).
A graduate of the Faculty of History at the University of Warsaw, he has taught classes, including at the postgraduate level, at the University of Warsaw’s Faculty of Management.
