He holds a habilitation degree in social sciences, in the discipline of economics and finance, he is a professor at the Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin, a lecturer at the Higher School of Entrepreneurship and Administration in Lublin and the Higher School of Law and Administration in Rzeszów. Content expert at IBC Advisory. Contractor of international research projects funded by the European Commission in the areas of international trade, global value chains, connectivity and energy security. Author of more than 80 scientific publications and numerous expert reports for public institutions (PARP, Marshal Offices, ministries and others) on global value chains, fragmentation of production, competitiveness, innovation, smart specializations, international trade and economic growth.
A graduate of the University of Economics in Kraków (major in accounting) and the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków (major in computer science).
He has been with Nowy Styl since 2008. He is responsible for the Sales, Marketing and Product Management, Logistics, Finance, IT, and Legal Departments. An economist and financier by education and passion.
A co-author of the successful acquisition of foreign companies, he has been successfully leading Nowy Styl into international markets for years.
An experienced leader in finance, insurance, and digital transformation, she has been with KUKE S.A. since 2016, where, as Vice President of the Management Board, she is responsible for key areas of risk management, operational processes, IT, and organizational development. She holds a solid economics degree from Poznań University of Economics and Business and has also completed prestigious executive education programs at the University of Oxford and INSEAD (all with distinction), as well as a program at the London School of Economics on the international business environment.
She is actively involved in the international community – as Chair of the Short-Term Committee at Berne Union, she represented the interests of the credit insurance sector on a global forum. Her expertise has also been recognized by the prestigious Fortune-U.S. Department of State Global Women Mentoring Program.
Previously, as a Business Developer at SIBS INTERNATIONAL, she was responsible for business development in the Central and Eastern European region, leading cashless payment digitization projects for banks and financial institutions.
She specializes in building effective organizational development strategies in market volatility and implementing digital innovations.
Since January 2011, Member of the Management Board of ROHLIG SUUS Logistics, responsible for the management and strategic development of maritime and air products, as well as intermodal transport, fleet management, and international full-truckload transport. He also oversees the development of operations in the eastern direction and international expansion in Ukraine and Central Asia.
He has extensive management experience in international forwarding and contract logistics. He has worked for companies such as Raben and DHL. For seven years, he served as Managing Director of Raben in Ukraine. He is fluent in English and Russian and is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics.

In 1999-2019, he was the Chairman of the Main Council of the Lewiatan Confederation. From 2019, First Vice President of the Lewiatan Confederation. From 2006 to 2011, he co-founded and served as the President of the Management Board of the “West-Masurian Local Tourist Organization” Association, which aims to support the development of tourism in the western part of Masuria. Mr. Roman Przybylski is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics, majoring in International Management. He has also completed, among others, executive education programs organized by Cambridge Judge Business School and Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Since 2003, he has been professionally associated with the Nowy Styl Group. In the years 2006–2009, he successively served as a Member of the Management Board of Baltic Wood S.A., Director of Strategy and Business Development at Nowy Styl, responsible for building foreign sales structures, and Managing Director of the Nowy Styl brand, responsible for the entire commercial area. Since 2009, he has been a Member of the Management Board of Nowy Styl, responsible for overall sales, marketing, and product management. In addition, he co-managed acquisition processes, followed by the restructuring and integration of acquired foreign companies within the Group (in Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and France). From March 2023, he held the position of Vice President of the Management Board of Nowy Styl International. From January 1, 2024, he was Vice President of the Management Board, Director of Investments and Development, and subsequently, from May 29, 2025, President of the Management Board of Grupa KĘTY S.A.

His technical expertise and industry-related experience together with his dedication and engagement have built a powerful practice, and these founding principles continue to drive his team to fulfil client goals. Active, interactive, and pro-active, Andrzej’s eye for detail is valuable in finding, creating, and seizing opportunities.
Piotr Bobiński is a fintech specialist with extensive experience in transactional and corporate banking. For over five years, he has been involved in the development of international trade within SMEs in Poland.
Since 2019, his primary area of interest has been financial services supporting the development of international trade, including e-commerce. He works with entrepreneurs on a daily basis to facilitate their access to efficient settlements and effective financial risk management methods.
At the helm of Interzero ICSE digital sales, my role involves spearheading digital transformation and cultivating international team dynamics. With a strategic focus on bolstering online marketing and business development, we have established robust digital footprints that resonate in today’s competitive e-commerce landscape.
The past year and a half have been a testament to our collective efforts in marketing activities and online advertising, resulting in tangible growth for Interzero ICSE. It’s through this lens of innovation and collaboration that I approach every challenge, aiming to push the envelope further in digital sales and e-commerce success.
Paweł Dzadz – A digital transformation leader with 14 years of experience in e-commerce and marketing management for global brands such as Samsung, Philips, and Lyreco. As a Customer Experience Unit Manager, he demonstrates how new technologies transform the customer experience. An expert in international expansion (managing operations in CEE markets and global projects) and sales strategies on marketplace platforms, he effectively combines technological innovation with real revenue growth and building a competitive advantage in foreign markets.
Artur Turemka serves as Chief Global Growth Officer at Autopay, a leading Polish technology and financial company creating an ecosystem of fintech solutions for businesses and individuals. He is responsible for the company’s global development, including expansion into foreign markets, as well as the commercialization of Autopay solutions, tailoring the product offering, and developing the international sales network.
Artur has been involved in the fintech industry for most of his professional career. For the past 15 years, he has held regional and global management roles at Mastercard in various locations in Poland and abroad, and was previously associated with Raiffeisen Bank Polska SA.
Artur Turemka graduated from the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and also studied at Karl-Franzens University in Graz and the Warsaw School of Economics.
Michał Zimiński is a Senior Director at Simon-Kucher’s Warsaw office. For nearly 15 years, he has been helping companies build sustainable growth by optimizing commercial strategy: product, pricing, innovation, marketing, and sales. He is an expert in revenue management. He is a graduate of the Stanford GSB LEAD program (2023).
Panel 3: Security and resilience of supply chains
Professor Jarosław Arabas – Computer scientist, Professor at the Warsaw University of Technology, Member of the Program Council of the Warsaw Science Festival.
His research deals with optimization methods in the context of artificial intelligence, in particular evolutionary algorithms.
Since 1995, he has implemented artificial intelligence systems in the power industry both domestically and internationally. He has authored or co-authored about 150 scientific papers and promoted 9 PhDs.
Andrzej Bułka, President of the Management Board of Fracht FWO Polska Sp. z o. o. He has been associated with the transport and logistics industry for over 25 years. In 2010, he headed Fracht FWO Polska as its managing director, and since 2019 he has been the President of the company’s management board. He gained his professional experience as a merchant navy officer, and then developed his professional career in international logistics companies. A graduate of the Navigation Faculty of the Maritime University of Szczecin. He completed postgraduate studies in leadership psychology at the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology and Advanced Management Program at IESE in Barcelona. International logistics expert, panellist and speaker at conferences and economy events in Poland and abroad.
Executive Vice President of the company – joined Britenet in 2012. He has been involved in the IT industry for more than 24 years. He started his career as a Java programmer. He is currently involved in sales strategy and development of new sales opportunities. Coordinates sales in domestic and international markets. Strongly focused on building business relationships and international expansion.
Szczepan Gowin heads the Industrial & Logistics department at Cushman & Wakefield, responsible for its development, collaboration with key tenants, and oversight of projects implemented in the Polish market.
He has over 15 years of experience in logistics and business development. He worked at Rhenus for 11 years—first in local structures, and then for five years in global roles, where he was responsible for the development of the Retail, Fashion, and e-commerce segments and led logistics projects implemented in Europe, North America, and the APAC region. He has supported clients in the areas of contract logistics, warehouse operations, and supply chain optimization.
At Cushman & Wakefield, he leverages this experience to support tenants and developers in designing warehouse strategies and implementing complex leasing, relocation, and expansion projects.
A Senior System and Logistics Designer at Metroplan Polska for over seven years, he specializes in consulting, technical acceptance of logistics systems, and implementation supervision. He is responsible for process analysis, project controlling, tender support, and the creation of advanced logistics simulations. A sports enthusiast and AI enthusiast, he has implemented projects in Poland and abroad, including the USA, Romania, and the largest Polish e-commerce centers.
President of the Polish-Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She is successfully developing the first Polish business organization, whose goal is to build economic bridges between Poland and Taiwan. The Chamber continues to increase its membership, attracting participants through activities such as missions and involvement in key economic sectors – semiconductors, IT, food, medical, and pharma. The President of the Chamber also develops key relationships with organizations and business associations in Poland and Taiwan, building a strong ecosystem of mutual relationships that supports business growth. In 2025, the Chamber was awarded the Wprost Innovator Award in the “Innovation Genes” category: for developing the concept of a business organization building a modern ecosystem of technological cooperation.
From 2016 to 2024, Agnieszka Sygitowicz served as Vice President of the Łódź Special Economic Zone – a zone that remained among the top 10 economic zones in the world throughout this period. Thanks to the implementation of an innovative strategy, the Zone has become not only a place offering investment incentives but also an innovation hub, running several startup accelerators and connecting corporations and technology companies in creating innovative solutions. In total, this network comprises over 4,000 companies operating in Poland.
She began her professional career at the Ministry of Transport and the Radomsko City Hall (2006-2015), where she was responsible for strategic development and key investment projects.
A passionate enthusiast of modern technologies, innovation, and theater, she is an expert in managing the acceleration process and building startup ecosystems. Winner of the TOP 15 Women in 5G ranking created by “Perspektywy.”
She holds a Master’s degree in spatial planning and political science, and an MBA from Lazarski University.
In her private life, she is a happy wife, mother, and amateur actress. A local patriot and advocate for local community initiatives.
Panel 4: Keystones of Polish export
Jerzy W. Pietrewicz, graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and the Second World Bank Summer School “The Economics of the Market” ( 1992, Vienna). Director of the Institute of Markets and Competition at SGH, member of the Scientific Council of Economics and Finance at SGH, member of the Scientific Council to the President of the Polish Craft Association. In the past, from 1995 to 2009, he was, among others, Vice President and President of Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A., Chairman of NFOŚiGW, from 2013 to 2015 Secretary of State at the Ministry of Economy and Government Plenipotentiary for Deregulation of the Economy. Author and co-author of more than 100 scientific papers, reviews and expert opinions on market and competition issues, sustainable development, globalization, functioning of the economy and enterprises, monetary policy and banking.
A Master of Science in Civil Engineering, he has been professionally associated with Unihouse S.A., a member of the Unibep Group, since 2006. He gained experience on both Polish and international projects, progressing through the ranks of development – from construction engineer to contract management.
In 2019, he joined the Management Board of Unihouse S.A. Since January 2, 2021, he has led the company as President of the Management Board, responsible for its development and strengthening Unihouse’s position as one of the leading Polish manufacturers of modular technology.
Graduate of the Faculty of Automatics, Electronics and Informatics at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, participant in the American Management Association programme in the USA. Apart from working in Poland (Hobas Poland, Amitech Poland), he gained experience working for many years in Japan and USA (Taiyo Electric Co Osaka., Amitech USA). Since 2009, he has been President of the Management Board at Bolix S.A.
An experienced manager and long-time sales director in the FMCG sector. He specializes in modern trade, traditional trade, B2B, and export. He manages sales teams of various sizes, responsible for multi-million budgets. He has extensive experience in developing private label brands, implementing sales strategies in Polish and international markets, and building effective distribution channels. He completed an Executive MBA program, which further strengthened his competencies in management, business strategy, and leadership.
Maciej Srebro – graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań; after graduation he worked as an assistant in the Department of Roman Law and the History of Judicial Law.
In 1991 he became a deputy to the Parliament. After 1993 he ran his own auditing and tax consulting firm; in 1998 he was appointed to the board of the Industrial Development Agency S.A., where he was in charge of foreign projects and the area of special production.
In 1999-2000 he served as Minister of Telecommunications, where, among other things, he initiated the liberalization of the telecommunications market.
He graduated from the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School in Barcelona; from 2010 to 2021 he was vice president of the IESE Alumni Association.
As CEO, he has managed both private companies (including those listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange) and those with a State Treasury shareholding; he has also been active in financial and strategic consulting.
Since May 2024 he has worked at the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, where he is currently director of the Export Support Department.
In 2022 he was the initiator and founder of the Olympic Association “We Win”, which conducts activities promoting physical activity and sports.
He received the state designation “Meritorious for Culture.” He lives in Warsaw, is married and has four sons.

Dr Beata Gessel-Kalinowska vel Kalisz, Associate Professor at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences (INP PAN) – President of ICC Poland, an institution representing the interests of the Polish business community and promoting international trade and investment based on a multilateral, rules-based regulatory order.
Founder of the GESSEL law firm, a recognised international arbitrator and expert in commercial law and M&A transactions. She has participated in several hundred arbitration proceedings conducted under the rules of the ICC, SCC, VIAC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, FCC, IAA, SCAI, Lewiatan, KIG, KDPW and SIDiR. In 2024, she was appointed to the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague. Previously, she was associated with the Lewiatan Arbitration Court, which she led as President between 2011 and 2017 and where she has served as Honorary President since 2017, as well as with the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris, where she served as a member between 2015 and 2021. Since 2025, she has been a professor at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences, where she co-creates and develops research in the fields of commercial law, arbitration, and comparative private law.
By combining the perspectives of a practitioner, arbitrator and legal scholar, she brings a holistic view — spanning market realities, international standards and best practices, as well as in-depth academic reflection. This makes her an outstanding expert in the region in the areas where business, commercial law, cross-border disputes and the legal security of globally operating enterprises intersect.
Adrian Malinowski is an expert with over 20 years of experience in international relations and business development. He currently serves as Chief Representative – Poland at Dubai Chambers, supporting economic cooperation with the United Arab Emirates. Previously, he headed the Foreign Affairs Division at BGK, responsible for international strategy and relations with global institutions. As Commissioner General at Expo 2020 in Dubai, he promoted the Polish economy on the global stage. From 2018 to 2020, he served as Director of the Department of Trade and International Cooperation in the government administration, responsible for trade policy and cooperation with international organizations.
Jan Ruzicka is an Independent Wealth Manager at Bellecapital since July 2024, based in Zurich. Before joining Bellecapital, he held executive positions at UBS including Executive Director (2022-2024), Director (2017-2022), and Associate Director (2013-2017). He also worked in asset management at J&T Bank (Switzerland) AG from 2009 to 2013. He holds a Master of Arts in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of St. Gallen. His language proficiency includes Slovak and Czech (native), German, French, English, and basic Russian.
Martin Spiller is a Partner at Bellecapital AG specializing in private wealth management and investment strategy, focusing on ultra-high-net-worth clients. He joined Bellecapital together with Jan Ruzicka after both worked as Executive Directors in the Global UHNW Central Europe Team at UBS. He holds a degree from the University of Rochester. Spiller is known for crafting tailored portfolio strategies aligned to the client’s needs with a focus on portfolio growth.
Piotr Wójtowicz-Caicedo is an attorney-at-law and partner at Allegra LAW, based in Zurich. He holds an LL.M. and has expertise in litigation and corporate law. His professional presence includes involvement in international legal conferences and a focus on legal practice in Switzerland and New York.

Cezary Pietrasik is co-owner of Synerise, a leading artificial intelligence (AI) company specializing in predicting human behavior. He is passionate about social systems. He has analyzed structures—from economies to institutions—in each of the seven countries he has lived in and over 80 he has visited.
Cezary began his career at McKinsey and then joined the investment banking team at J.P. Morgan. He later became a private equity investor at Warburg Pincus and founded Healthdom, a preventative healthcare company in San Francisco. A graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science, the Warsaw School of Economics, and the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien, Cezary was named the Best Economics Student in Poland. He is also the founder and president of The Butterfly Effect Foundation, which helps children in underserved rural areas. In his free time, he enjoys swimming and horseback riding.
