Foundations of Leadership. The Beginnings of Executive Club

Executive Club was established in 2005 on the initiative of Beata Radomska, as a response to the growing need for a professional dialogue space for leaders from business, academia, and public administration. From the start, the Club adopted the formula of a think tank gathering outstanding decision-makers and managers who not only manage but also shape the economic environment. Initially, it organized intimate club meetings and thematic workshops, but very quickly expanded its activities by launching a series of flagship conferences dedicated to innovation, infrastructure, energy and industrial transformation, sustainable development, and leadership.

Over two decades, Executive Club has introduced prestigious events to the business calendar, such as the “Executive Innovation Forum,” “Sustainable Economy Summit,” and “Infrastruktura Polska i Budownictwo,” which have become permanent milestones in discussions about the future of the economy. At the same time, the Club has built the prestige of its own industry awards – including the Innovation Diamonds and Sustainable Economy Diamonds – which have become symbols of recognition for pioneers of responsible change.

A Strong Community of Responsible Business Leaders

Today, Executive Club is an active community of over 250 of the most important companies in Poland – ranging from global corporations to local enterprises – represented by their top management. Our activities encompass conferences as well as expert initiatives, educational programs, and publications.

A key role within the Club’s structure is held by the Club Council and the Innovation and Sustainable Economy Council – an interdisciplinary group of scientists, entrepreneurs, strategists, and opinion leaders working together on recommendations for policymakers and the private sector. Our monthly magazine, Executive Magazine, is a respected source of commentary, analysis, and interviews with market leaders.

In the coming years, Executive Club intends to have an even stronger impact on shaping a new leadership culture and economic debate. We want to build an economy based on values, supporting inclusivity, education, environmental responsibility, and intergenerational cooperation.

Innovation and Sustainable Economy Council

Executive Magazine

The magazine is published in both printed and digital versions. Our mission is to share key economic information, as well as the knowledge and experience of leaders affiliated with the Executive Club, who on the pages of the Executive Magazine can present their activities and inspire readers.

We provide crucial economic information and the latest business trends on a daily basis. We offer factual articles, interviews and expert commentary. Our readers, and also the authors of the published content, are leaders managing prominent Polish and international companies. We have dedicated sections on finance, new technologies, industry, infrastructure and ESG, so everyone will find valuable content tailored to their interests.

Print edition

Our magazine is a quarterly with each issue devoted to a different topic: construction, ESG, innovation and industry. The magazine is distributed during debates and conferences organized by the Executive Club, and also goes directly to the desks of executives through subscriptions. It reaches business owners, senior managers, CEOs affiliated with the Executive Club, as well as business and academic leaders. The digital version (in PDF format) is freely available to the public.

How to join the Executive Club?

To become a member, you need to fill out an application form. Not every company is accepted – we carefully verify the data and analyze the activity of candidates. After completing the process, we will contact you in a short time at the address you provide.

What does the Membership Package include?

Depending on the selected package: Premium or Standard. Membership provides access to a select number of conferences, all club meetings and publications in Executive Magazine.

How to join an event?

Club Members receive dedicated registration links via email – each person must be registered individually. Non-club members can purchase commercial tickets available on our website. When you click “Buy ticket” you will be redirected to the purchase page.
How to publish in the Executive Magazine?
Each Club Member has the opportunity to publish content on our portal. If you would like to publish an article, interview or analysis, please contact redakcja@executivemagazine.pl – we will present the available opportunities.
