The Breakthrough Leaders Gala and the SIEMACHA Association’s Charity Ball are a unique opportunity to collectively reflect on two decades of inspiring debates, meetings, and successes of the Executive Club, as well as to express our gratitude to our Members and Friends for creating this exceptional community. We will also honor outstanding entrepreneurs, politicians, and scientists who have made a significant impact on the Polish economy and public life during this period.

Awards will be given in the following categories:
- Entrepreneurs and visionaries – for those who, with bold decisions and innovative ideas, set new directions for the development of Polish business.
- Responsible leadership – for leaders who combine economic success with concern for people, the environment and future generations.
- Women’s power in business – an award for female leaders who have broken down barriers and became an inspiration, showing that on the road to success gender is irrelevant.
- Science and technology – for those who have introduced groundbreaking solutions, combining knowledge, research and innovation with practical implementations.
- Special award.
During the evening, outstanding artists of the Polish music scene will perform:
- Andrzej Krzywy – the charismatic leader of the band De Mono, will introduce guests to the atmosphere of timeless hits.
- Ania Rusowicz – will charm the audience with her unique style and retro energy, transporting us to the world of warm sounds of the 60s and 70s.
- Maciej Miecznikowski – an artist with an extraordinary sense of humor and stage charm, who will not only sing, but also lead a charity auction for the SIEMACHA Association.
The entire event will be hosted by the irreplaceable Piotr Krasnowolski, who – as always – will combine elegance with levity, giving the event a unique rhythm and class.

A special moment of the evening will be a charity auction for the benefit of the wards of the SIEMACHA Association (around 23:00)
We have been supporting social initiatives for years, and equalizing opportunities for children and young people is a mission particularly close to the heart of our organization. The auction will feature:
A weekend in a suite at the Rubinstein Hotel, where scenes for the film “Vinci 2” were filmed, and a replica of Leonardo da Vinci’s Lady with an Ermine (created by Ewa Kociuba);
Dinner and a photo session with Robert Makłowicz at the Huma restaurant in Kraków;
A set of signed Sanah albums and VIP tickets for two to a selected concert (VIP zone access, limousine transport);
VIP tickets to the final tournament of the TAURON Polish Cup in men’s volleyball at TAURON Arena Kraków (10–11 January 2026) and a jersey signed by players of the Polish National Volleyball Team;
A photograph of Robert De Niro signed by the artist, a special edition of The Godfather trilogy with an introduction by Francis Ford Coppola, and a weekend in Kraków at the Indigo Hotel;
The fragrance “Épices Volées” by Guerlain in the iconic BeeBottle, hand-painted with gold, tied and personalized with engraving, along with a cosmetic treatment;
A unique edition of The Doll by Bolesław Prus (Kurtiak & Ley edition) with artists’ signatures and stamps;
VIP tickets to the Eric Clapton concert in Kraków, part of the European tour “An Evening with Eric Clapton”;
Remarkable works of classical and contemporary art, e.g. Michał Slezkin, painting “View Outside the Window” (2024), or Jan Kanty Pawluśkiewicz, gel-art graphic “Shabu”.
