The jubilee, 10th edition of the “Executive Innovation Forum” conference, due to its universal subject matter, is addressed to decision-makers representing many sectors of the Polish economy. The main topics of panel discussions will be issues related to investments in innovative products or services, as well as research and development. We will also look at the ongoing processes of digital transformation of business, and try to answer the question: How to effectively support the development of Polish innovations? We will also discuss the topic of women’s leadership in the era of innovation. The conference will be accompanied by the evening gala of the “Innovation Diamonds” awards. Since 2016, he has been working on the development of the Warsaw University of Technology Innovation Incubator, where he co-created pathways for verifying and building market readiness of scientific and student business projects. Since 2021, he has coordinated the formation of business teams, commercializing technologies through the establishment of university companies (spin-offs). Since 2022, he has headed the department of Innovation Brokers at the Warsaw University of Technology.  From 2017 to 2020, he was a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Organizers of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centers in Poland (SOOIPP). On behalf of SOOIPP, he participated, among other things, in the work of the OP IR monitoring committee, the working group for changes in EU regulations on state aid. Member of several expert teams on the construction and development of policies to support innovation and enterprises at the regional and central levels. As an employee of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, he coordinated the activities and undertakings of the PARP aimed at strengthening the competence of employees of innovation centers under the title "Effective environment for innovative business". He implemented analytical activities on the activity and effectiveness of BEIs - such as Benchmarking of Technology Parks. On the part of PARP, he cooperated with the editorial team of the report "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centers in Poland". He was the originator and supervisor of initiatives concerning the construction of standards for the management of innovation centers and a uniform methodology for surveying the needs and monitoring the satisfaction of customers of BEIs.

A graduate of full-time doctoral studies at the Warsaw School of Economics, during which she completed, inter alia, research internship at the University of Mainz (DAAD scholarship) and carried out scientific research several times as part of the KZIF Young Scientist Research program. She completed MA and BA studies at the Warsaw School of Economics (Finance and Accounting) and the CEMS Master's in International Management program. For years, Robert has served as a mentor for start-up founders and has been a jury member in start-up competitions (e.g. MIT Enterprise Forum, Microsoft Imagine Cup, PWC expert, The Next Society, SpaceCom). He actively supports startups from the Central European region, promoting young projects and founders in the international environment and helping them gain funding for further development.

Paweł Kikosicki holds a Master’s Degree in Administration from University of Lodz and has completed postgraduate studies in Customer Satisfaction Management (at SGH Warsaw School of Economics), as well as Public Health Personal Branding and Public Relations (Collegium Humanum). He also completed MBA program in Health Care Management (Collegium Humanum). He has been affiliated with the National Health Service (NFZ) since September 2018. Starting from September 2020, he has been holding the position of the Customer Service Department director. At the NFZ, he was responsible e.g. for the Telephone Patient Information Project (800 190 590), which is the first 24/7 toll-free hotline providing information on patient rights and the operation of the healthcare system in Poland. Director Paweł Kikosicki has also implemented the National Immunization Program Hotline (989) and prepared the concept and organized prevention and health promotion positions in the service rooms of voivodeship branches of the NFZ. He also supervised the patient.gov.pl website and, together with his team, coordinated cooperation with patients’ organizations in the form of Patients’ Organizations Forum.
