Panel 1: Healthy company
Prof. Mariusz Gujski—a physician, psychiatrist, and public health expert—has been shaping the Polish healthcare system for over two decades: as a scientist, organizer, entrepreneur, and voice of the medical community in public debate.
A graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of Warsaw, he specializes in public health and psychiatry. From 2020 to 2026, he served as Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences at the Medical University of Warsaw and Head of the Department of Public Health. He co-authored the National Health Program for 2007–2015.
He is President of the Polish Society of Personalized Medicine, Chairman of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Healthcare, and a member of the Program Council of the Economic Forum Poland. He serves on the management and supervisory boards of commercial law companies.
He is the originator and organizer of nationwide events: the Public Health Congress and the Health Summit. He regularly leads debates and seminars on the challenges facing the healthcare system, actively building health awareness—both in society and in the political community.
Katarzyna Ciechońska is the Sales Director at Medicover, where she is responsible for the development of benefit solutions for corporate clients. For years, she has focused on creating benefits that truly support employee well-being and respond to their real needs, not just formal market expectations. She has twenty years of experience in banking, strategic consulting, insurance, and capital markets.
Speaking about sales at Medicover, she emphasizes the crucial role of HR as a business partner who, through thoughtfully designed benefits, has a real impact on employee engagement, health, and loyalty in an increasingly demanding labor market.
Zsolt Tadeusz Fekete, MBA, founder and CEO of the tech company Algotech Polska, brings over 20 years of expertise in the contact center industry and IT solutions. He is a highly respected expert, mentor, and consultant for leading companies in Poland and internationally.
His work focuses on enhancing companies’ communication with their clients. Improving processes through automation and selecting the right communication tools ensures a better customer experience while maintaining cost optimization. According to him, an excellent customer experience stems from the perfect blend of vision, organization, processes, and technology.
Zsolt graduated from the University of Quebec in Montreal and Warsaw School of Economics – Executive MBA. He is also a member of the Canadian Executive MBA (CEMBA Alumni Association) and belongs to the Executive Club – a business organization comprising top management representatives from key Polish and international enterprises.
Currently, in his work with clients, he focuses on the digitalization of the last mile of Customer Experience and hyper-personalization. The company Algotech, represented by Zsolt, has been a longstanding member of the Banking Technology Forum under the Association of Polish Banks.
Furthermore, Zsolt is actively involved in the Special Olympics, an organization aimed at supporting the development of individuals with intellectual disabilities by ensuring their participation in training and sports competition. Another crucial mission is raising societal awareness by spreading knowledge about the potential of people with this form of disability.
Marta has been shaping the commercial real estate market in Poland and across the CEE region for over 20 years, operating at the intersection of advisory, investment, and operations. As Vice President of the Management Board at Colliers, she is responsible for defining and executing the company’s sustainability strategy, integrating sustainability into a business-driven, long-term value approach.
She specializes in strategic advisory for investors, property owners, and retail chains, with a focus on retail and mixed-use asset strategies, repositioning, and retail brands expansion. She also delivers advisory projects across international markets, including the Baltic region.
For over 14 years, she built and led the Retail Agency business line at Colliers, and subsequently established Strategic Advisory, a platform integrating business strategy, market intelligence, sustainability, and investment incentives for companies investing in Poland.
As a leader, she develops teams and strengthens cross-functional collaboration, fostering an environment built on accountability and high standards. She is known for connecting perspectives, building strong relationships, and driving innovative thinking beyond established frameworks.
She actively contributes to initiatives promoting responsible business, leadership, and economic transformation. As a conference speaker, she shares insights on strategy, business transformation, and the future of real estate, and as a mentor, she supports the development of others.
Marcin Mikos holds a postdoctoral degree (dr hab.) in medical and health sciences. He is a prevention specialist, public health expert, lawyer, and MBA graduate. He completed his studies at the Jagiellonian University Medical College in Kraków, the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University, and the Kraków University of Economics.
He has over 20 years of managerial experience in both public and private healthcare, particularly in hospital management, as well as experience in government administration. He is also an academic lecturer in public health, medical law, and healthcare organization.

Psychologist (including occupational and business psychologist), coach, and psychosocial competency trainer. He specializes in working at the intersection of effectiveness, well-being, and leadership. He combines experience working with individual clients with HR practice, providing a deep understanding of organizational realities, performance pressure, and the complexity of business decisions. He collaborates daily with the team at the Good Life Psychology Center, part of the CMP Medical Center Group, where he supports leaders, teams, and organizations in coping with stress, overload, and change. He addresses issues such as decision-making pressure, responsibility for people and results, the risk of burnout, and loneliness in leadership, helping translate psychological knowledge into concrete, implementable actions.
In his work, he integrates psychological, coaching, and mentoring approaches, drawing on evidence-based methods and a solution-focused approach (TSR). He conducts workshops, training sessions, and webinars, and supports organizations in designing well-being and mental health initiatives.
His work style is based on combining sound knowledge with business practice and creating a space for reflection that leads to real change.
Co-founder and CEO of EDIFY – Educational Consulting. An entrepreneur with many years of experience in building and successfully managing companies in both the Polish and international markets across the legal and financial, educational, hospitality, and artistic sectors.
Her core expertise includes team building and management, developing sales and growth strategies, and delivering training programs. She is passionate about horse riding and traveling.
He is a psychotherapist working within the psychodynamic approach, as well as a business trainer and consultant with extensive managerial and entrepreneurial experience. He works with both individual clients in the mental health field and with organizations, supporting leaders and teams in developing interpersonal skills.
In his psychotherapeutic work, he helps adults cope with difficulties in both their personal and professional lives. He gained clinical experience at institutions including the Masovian Psychiatric Hospital in Drewnica, Wolski Hospital in Warsaw, and organizations providing psychological support. He works within the psychodynamic approach.
As a trainer and business consultant, he develops the soft skills of leaders and teams – particularly in the areas of communication, leadership, and coping with stress and pressure in the workplace. He has experience managing teams in both project and startup settings, as well as large organizations of over 200 people. He conducts training and consulting projects in various industries – from business and IT to the public sector and NGOs. He completed the Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Program at the Psychoeducation Laboratory, the INTRA Trainers’ School, and management studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.
Joanna Siennicka is a physician by education and, by practice and passion, a leader with over 25 years of experience in effective operational management, change implementation, and leading strategies in medical and pharmaceutical companies. She is a certified Project Manager, Leadership Psychologist, and Healthcare Organization Management Specialist.
From 1999 to 2023, she was primarily involved in the field of clinical research, gaining broad experience—mainly at the level of managing director of international operations. She is an experienced leader in implementing efficient, process-based, high-quality organizational structures, as well as an expert in building and managing local and international teams.
Since 2023, she has been a dedicated partner to the Management Board of the Centrum Medyczno-Diagnostyczne Group, supporting a wide range of initiatives related to change management and the development of effective operational structures based on process optimization, quality, and workforce development.
A partner for challenging times, she is a leader who embraces challenges, acts boldly, and demonstrates determination. Her key strengths include organizing operational complexity, building structures, strategic diversification, setting a common direction, developing natural competencies, and motivating people.
She is the author of numerous training and development programs, a frequent speaker and lecturer at conferences and postgraduate programs—primarily in the field of clinical research—and an experienced mentor and coach.
